As a Technical Recruiter, you will:

  •  Partner closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand their technical staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Source, screen, and interview qualified candidates for technical positions, including but not limited to software engineers, developers, data scientists, and IT professionals.
  • Utilize a variety of sourcing methods such as job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals to attract top talent.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial candidate contact to offer negotiation and onboarding.
  • Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline to ensure a steady flow of qualified candidates.
  • Act as a brand ambassador for the company, promoting our employer brand and values to attract top talent.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, sourcing channels, and candidate quality.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve recruitment processes and tools to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.


What You Bring to the Table:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical recruiting, with a focus on the UK/Europe region, for a minimum of 3 years or more.
  • Proven track record of success in sourcing and hiring technical talent for a variety of roles.
  • Proficient in achieving and exceeding targets.
  • Deep understanding of the UK/Europe job market, including trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor analysis.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools to manage the recruitment process effectively.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a collaborative and results-oriented approach.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering a high-quality candidate experience.
