As a Salesforce CPQ Specialist, you will play a crucial role in the implementation, customization, and optimization of Salesforce CPQ to meet the unique needs of our business. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Operations, and IT, to ensure a seamless and efficient CPQ process. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ and a deep understanding of quote-to-cash processes and Quoter Calculator Plug-ins (QCP).


Responsibilities:
  • Lead client discovery sessions to understand and comprehend business processes.
  • Collaborate with business development to identify and define business requirements.
  • Gain a comprehensive understanding of clients' technical landscapes, grasping the 'big picture.'
  • Apply business analyst skills to intricate Quote-to-Cash processes.
  • Develop current and future state business process flows using tools like Visio and Lucidchart.
  • Create proof-of-concept demos to secure client buy-in.
  • Craft user stories and acceptance criteria.

Key Qualifications:
  • Minimum 5 years of proven experience in CPQ implementation, integration, migration, development, and deployment.
  • Develop and implement Quoter Calculator Plug-ins (QCP)
  • Proficiency in coding languages relevant to CPQ development.
  • Strong understanding of CPQ architecture and design principles.
  • Experience in CPQ administration, configuration, and maintenance.
  • Familiarity with troubleshooting and resolving CPQ-related issues.
  • Knowledge of "Waterfall price/model" and "Slap Discount" concepts.
  • Experience working with recurring and non-recurring products.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and Pardot integration.
