As a Visual Designer, you will:


  • Develop creative concepts and translate them into high-quality visual designs for various platforms.
  • Ensure consistency in design elements across all company materials, maintaining adherence to brand guidelines.
  • Create engaging graphics for online and offline materials, including social media content, marketing collateral, and presentations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and contribute creative insights to the overall design process.
  • Create and maintain a consistent and compelling visual brand identity across all touchpoints.
  • Stay updated with design trends, industry best practices, and emerging technologies to enhance design capabilities continually.
  • Translate conceptual ideas into visually engaging and effective design solutions.
  • Work with the marketing team to create compelling visual content for advertising and promotional campaigns.


What You Bring to the Table:


  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Visual Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects.
  • Proficient in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, and Figma.
  • Experience in using AI tools for design work is must.
  • Strong understanding of design principles, color theory, and typography.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to articulate design concepts and rationale.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience with UX/UI design principles is an added advantage.
  • Knowledge of HTML and CSS is a bonus.
